Juvenile Criminal Law

Juvenile criminal law — sensitive law for young clients. German juvenile criminal law (JGG) takes an educational rather than purely punitive approach. Instead of classical sanctions, courts may order directives, conditions, juvenile detention or — only in serious cases — a juvenile sentence. We represent juveniles (14–17) and young adults (18–20) at every stage of the proceedings: from the first questioning, through the main hearing, to enforcement.
